The staff was exceptional!

Good value, and the services were exceptional. Had the queen room which was airy with great shower. The location was marvellous and unbeatable - just 5 minutes' walk from an ornate footbridge.

The hotel's location was very central, close to boat stop. I had quick lunch at Osteria Alla Ciurma, located a short walk to the property. The breakfast was plentiful with European delicacies, offered meats, tea, pastries, and bacon.

The great and fab location was right at an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge. And we were near to Water Taxi and Ali Lagoona to airport.

I got complimentary guest room with a balcony as an upgrade, nice gesture. Tea/coffee making equipment and fridges were a plus. Its service was exceptional.

The room here has a lovely Venetian style that is a great value compared to other places, and the staff at the reception desk are exceptional.

The property was spotless and spectacular. The guest room had all the basic facilities you need, including a safe, a kitchen area, and a mini fridge.- The location was great, close to an ornate footbridge.- The area was really quiet, near the ferry boat, train/bus station, and the central island of Venice.- Free Wi-Fi was very good.- The service was exceptional.

My stay was SUCH WONDERFUL for three nights. I asked for queen room and it was large and stylish in venice style. Tea/coffee making equipment and fridges were very handy. The hotel had indeed a marvellous and fab location to San Stae waterbus. I had coffee at Bar da Fiore, located within 5 minutes walk.

It had not so great views.

We were offered a neat and practical room with a balcony. The location of the hotel was great, very close to the water bus stop.

The staff here is wonderful and the place is well-kept.

I had a double room with Venetian style, a gorgeous view. The location was marvelous, for example, a grand showpiece square was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.--- I stayed in a charming double room that featured Venetian style and a stunning view. The hotel's location was fantastic, with a magnificent square just a short 10-15 minute walk away.

Its staff was welcoming and consistently courteous. The restaurant was pleasant which is buzzing with atmosphere, we ordered fresh dishes.

The room I stayed in was large and stylish with a balcony. The guest room was practical with a nice sized bathroom, the location was perfect, being just a short walk from a beautiful footbridge, and the area was pleasantly quiet.

Las habitaciones eran tranquilas y contaban con un buen tamaño, además, estaban muy limpias y bien equipadas, lo cual superó nuestras expectativas. También nos impresionaron las buenas instalaciones del hotel y su ubicación en el centro de la ciudad, lo que facilitó nuestra estancia. El personal fue amable y servicial, y el desayuno, aunque no empezaba hasta las 7:30, estuvo bien, sin ser extraordinario.

No hubo ningún aspecto negativo que destacar, todo estuvo bien.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a few steps from the San Stae vaporetti stop on the Grand Canal. It was slightly away from the main areas around the Grand Canal, which made it quieter and more relaxed. The hotel is right off the Alilaguna San Stae stop to take the boat taxi to and from the airport, making transportation very convenient. The hotel was also located in a quiet street next to the San Stae vaporetto station. The staff was very friendly and provided wonderful service throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of authentic local restaurants and bars nearby.

There was nothing I didn't like.
